Sourcing Service

Discovery Call

You will have a brief call with the investment team to understand your current situation, your goals and expectation and whether we are the right company to help you achieve these.

Criteria Meeting

Following our discovery call we will hold a meeting to craft the criteria and strategy on how we will help you achieve your goals. This will involve, types of blocks, number of units, budget, location, timeline etc...

Sourcing

We will identify the investment properties based on the criteria provided to us in the meeting. You will have the opportunity to view the property before moving ahead, but this is not essential to progress.

Conveyancing

We will supply you with all the relevant contacts, issuing introductions to solicitors, brokers, refurb teams. We will manage the full process of liaising with solicitors, organising site visits, valuations, lending and preparing the lease titles.

Re-finance

Following the conveyancing process and completion, we will ensure you are updated regularly regarding the process of your lease title applications. Once your application is back and approved, we will issue a re-mortgage on the property to recycle the capital.
